FRO Gurgaon is located at Mini Secretariat, off NH-8 in
Gurgaon. It’s located at the 3rd floor of the building. The FRO
Gurgaon is a small office within the office of Deputy Commissioner of Police
(HQ) of Haryana Police. DCP (HQ) is also the main Foreign Registration Officer
of Gurgaon.
The submission timings at FRO Gurgaon are from 10:00AM to 1:00 PM from Monday to Friday. The FRO Gurgaon
office will accept cash for late registration and visa extension fees.
Gurgaon is not a full FRRO office. There is one office-in-charge
and about 3 staff members in the small FRO Gurgaon office. The inside of FRO
Gurgaon office has very limited seating capacity for about 5-6 people. However,
there is a larger seating area outside which can be used for waiting.
The applicants have to first take an appointment by visiting
the Government of India website at http://indianfrro.gov.in/frro/,
and then visit the FRO Gurgaon at the appointed date. FRO Gurgaon will not
entertain anyone without an online appointment.
